[ 21:10 Stefan Eßer (se) ] b7f0544 (Only the first 10 of 27931 ports in this commit are shown above. )
Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Remove the header for ports I created.
For dns/openresolv give proper attribution. This was a copy/paste
mistake the submitter made, which incorrectly gave me attribution
for that file. I did not create it.

- uses round() which is only available in 5.3 and higher. It
also depends upon a relatively recent version of libpcap which only
exists in the base of 6.0 and up[1]. The attached patch marks it as
broken on 5.2 and lower, and depends on net/libpcap for 5.3 up to 6.0.
