Why was the website so slow for so long?

The cause of the slowdown was a change to the ZFS dataset. In conjunction with the database server, very little caching was being done. This combination resulted in increased disk I/O as the system churned through the database. Details in the blog post which outlines the various things which changed. Many graphs.

Revert the pkgconfig change in r320019. It didn't work and my initial

Remove SGE support as the SGE ports will be removed shortly.

Fix the IPv6 enable/disable option. IPv6 support was impropertly
disabled before.

Install pkgconfig files in a slightly less wrong place.

Drop maintainership, I no longer maintain any FreeBSD clusters.
