net/tigervnc: separate port into -server -and -viewer
since usually people want to install either server or client on the same
box. Formerly, net/tigervnc had options to build & install vncviewer(client)
but vncviewer could not be installed alone. Server components was necessary.
Now TigerVNC server and viewer are completely separeted and can be installed
independently.

net/tigervnc: remove unnecessary args from CMAKE_ARGS
as this argument is not necessary. ${STAGE} was typo of ${STAGEDIR}
however, ${STAGEDIR} should not be put here. ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX} is not
correct. Fortunately, because of this typo, it was working correctly.
> -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=${STAGE}${PREFIX}
Furthermore, the following argument is set by Mk/bsd.cmake.mk.
> -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH="${PREFIX}"
Both arguments are entirely same and redundant so removing this is definitely
safe and no-op.

Conditionalize the dependence of libunwind to x86-only to allow building
these ports on !x86.
libunwind is only available for x86; lang/ruby* already expresses this
correctly. Some of the rubygems did not: for the ones that already had
USE_RUBY, the dependency was overspecified in the first place.
Tested for no-harm on amd64.
While here, pet portlint where appropriate.

Change cmake default behaviour to outsource.
Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake"
instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build
out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource".

Update ImageMagick to 6.9.10.14 [1]
* Add PKGNAMESUFFIX and rename the directory. This was done to show
that IM6 is not the "main" version. But still fully supported by upstream.
* Convert a number of options to optionhelpers.
* Add option for ISO/IEC 23008-12:2017 HEIF suport
* Add comment to pkg-descr explaining IM6's "legacy" tag.
* Add comment to the patch-config_policy.xml file why it still needed.
Please note that IM7 is not a drop in replacement due to library API and
command arguments changes. And as a result ports need to decide for themself
which version to use.
Chase these changes in all the ports that using IM6.

Make ninja opt-out in cmake.mk
Using ninja instead of make (1) can lead to significant speed ups while
building.
Therefore switch from having the ninja generator opt-in to having it opt-out.
Previously cmake-ports that wanted to use ninja could set
CMAKE_NINJA=yes
now, ports that do not work with ninja can set
cmake:<existing args>,noninja
Note, that needing this should be an exception and most often points to a broken
cmake of the port.
The ports using cmake were modified
* removed USES=gmake, if ninja is used
* removed MAKE_ARGS, if ninja is used
* added the cmake-argument noninja if necessary

x11-servers/xorg-server: Update to 1.14
The X.Org server has been updated to 1.14. The changes it brings are described
in a post on the Graphics team blog:
http://blogs.freebsdish.org/graphics/2014/11/19/xserver-1-14-update-ready/
The most noticable change is the DEVD input device autodetection backend
which is enabled by default, replacing the HAL backend. The keyboard
layout configuration must be migrated from HAL's .fdi files to X.Org
files. The procedure is explained in the post mentionned above.
Several ports were removed with this update, mainly because they are not
compatible with the X.Org server anymore:
o nvidia-driver-71
o nvidia-driver-96
o xf86-input-egalax
o xf86-video-newport
o xf86-video-tga

NEW XORG ON FREEBSD 9-STABLE AND 10-STABLE
This update switches over to use the new xorg stack by default on FreeBSD 9
and 10 stable, on osversions where vt(9) is available.
It is still possible to use the old stack by specifying WITHOUT_NEW_XORG in
/etc/make.conf .
FreeBSD 8-STABLE and released versions of FreeBSD still use
the old version.
A package repository with binary packages for new xorg will
be available soon.
This patch also contains updates of libxcb and related ports, pixman, as well
as some drivers and utilities.
Bump portrevisions for xf86-* ports, as well as virtualbox-ose-additions due
to xserver version change.
Apart from these updates, the way shared libraries are handled has been
changed for all xorg ports, as well as libxml2 and freetype, which means
ltverhack is gone and as a consequence shared libraries have been bumped.
The plan is that this change will make library bumps less likely in the
future.
All affected ports have had their portrevisions bumped as a consequence of
this.
Fix some issues where WITH_NEW_XORG weren't detected properly on CURRENT.
