Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

FreeBSD versions
2014-03-15 devel/sgl: S/W never progressed beyond incomplete graduate project;

palm/jpilot-db: Marked broken since Nov 2013, remove in 2 weeks

I checked the sourceforge site, the files there are older than this port.
The master site still mentions jpilot-db but doesn't provide distfiles
anymore. No PRs written against this port, seems nobody will miss it.

palm/jpilot-db: Mark BROKEN, MASTER_SITES reorg rendered unfetchable

The MASTER_SITES still exists, but it reorganized, removing the downloads
section apparently. As PalmOS no longer exists, this unmaintained port
should probably be deprecated as well, but I'll let somebody else make
that call.

Standardize WWW: tags a bit more:

1. Remove white space from the beginning of lines
2. Make the canonical WWW the last line of the file
3. Remove lines to the effect of, "More information can be found at..."
that's the stated purpose of the WWW: tags in the first place.
4. Change secondary WWW: lines to use other text to avoid confusion

While I'm here, remove some more useless Author: lines, and some
prepended white space to other lines.

Now that the Java 1.3 and Java 1.4 ports are deprecated and will expire soon,
remove support for them from bsd.java.mk. As Jikes is not available in Java 1.5
or higher, remove it from bsd.java.mk too (suggested by hq@) and from the ports
which used it (only occurences were USE_JIKES=no). Support for the Blackdown VM
is also removed, as it is not available in Java 1.5 and higher.

Also remove the mapping from Java 1.1-1.4 to Java 1.5+ in bsd.java.mk to detect
old, broken ports; therefore bump the minimal value of JAVA_VERSION to 1.5.
While here, replace static values of JAVA_VERSION in files/*.in by
%%JAVA_VERSION%% .

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
