 Timezone in news feed

In ATOM 0.3, RSS 0.91, RSS 1.0 and RSS 2.0 format of FreshPorts news feed data, timezone of date is set to "+01:00". But should it be "+00:00"?

At first, I thought it was this in /usr/local/etc/php.ini

changed to

and restarted Apache.

No change.

However, looking at the feedcreator code, I found this:

// your local timezone, set to "" to disable or for GMT

I changed that to UTC.

It's a shame it doesn't take it from date.timezone setting..
