The Search box still has the same behavior that I mentioned earlier. When I type in "apache" and then click "go", I get a page back with no search results. I can then re-do the search by looking for deleted ports and the page returns the hits I expect.

By the way, on both of the pages that show both empty and matching results, I see an error in the status bar of my browser (IE6 Windows XP) that look like this, probably something to do with inserting the ads:

Line: 4
Char: 10
Error: Expected ';'
Code; 0

I looked to see if this might be interfering with the search results, but as far as I can tell, this is a separate problem.
