 Home page index too short?

I remember some months ago there were some links on the right toolbar that allowed me to view the port changes for yesterday, 2 days ago and so on.

Now that the main page chronological index has been shortened (and I understand that's a good thing for coping with the growing traffic), and the activity on ports seems quite high, I'd wish there was a way to keep up if I stay more than 12 hours away from the PC :-)

I know that large dynamic pages consume resources on the server, but maybe it would be possible to add an interface for displaying the chrono list of updates given a start and end date/time, paginated like you do for normal search results.

Of course, this is just a suggestion for a useful feature, I love your site right as it is.
