devel/glib12 x11-toolkits/gtk12:
- Convert to USES=libtool and bump dependent ports
- Add INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip
- Remove patches that renamed include directories and libraries so they
didn't conflict with early development versions of glib/gtk 2.0
