print/tex-xdvik: re-add patches for pTeX and CJK support

print/tex-xdvik: Update version 22.87=>22.87.06

While upgradingthe extra japanese ptex patches has been removed as those
are not compatible with latest version and the old patches are also from
early 2008. If someone make those work with the new version the patches
are welcome. For further details or the older version of tex-xdvik with
those patches please use japanese/ja-tex-xdvik

Update TeXLive to TL2015.

- print/texlive-infra was renamed with print/texlive-tlmgr.
  Note that currently tlmgr(1) does not work because of
  lack of TLPDB.  This will be fixed.

- Lua libraries used in LuaTeX are separated into
  devel/tex-libtexlua and devel/texlibtexluajit.
  USE_TEX supports them via keywords "texlua" and "texluajit".

- libsynctex is currently installed by devel/tex-web2c.
  This will be separated into a single port.

- Add graphics/libpotrace and use installed libpotrace
  and libharfbuzz.

- Add pTeX support to xdvik.  This improvement is imported from
  the latest j1.42 patchset by adjusting it to the 22.87 code base.

- Move files in TEXMFDISTDIR/xdvi to TEXMFDISTDIR/dvips/xdvi.

Update TeXLive to 2014.

- Note that full support of configuration tools such as tlmgr and texconfig
  is not ready yet.

- Most of dviware now supports libpaper to choose the default papersize.
  Use paperconfig(8) utility or print/papersize-default-* packages.

- Some quite old macros of the age of latex209 have been removed, and
  there are user-visible/invisible incompatibilities.  Please send a report
  to freebsd-tex@FreeBSD.org or file a PR if you have trouble.

  * Meta port
   - print/texlive-full: meta port to install all of the TeXLive components

  * Libraries
   - devel/tex-kpathsea: kpathsea library
   - devel/tex-web2c: WEB2C toolchain and TeX engines
   - print/tex-ptexenc: character code conversion library for pTeX

  * Base part of the TeXLive
   - print/texlive-base: binary programs in TeXLive
   - print/texlive-texmf: macro and font data in TeXLive
   - print/texlive-infra: tlmgr dependency (Perl modules)
