Switch MASTER_SITES to a repository, which contains FreeBSD patches

I've created a repository, which incorporates our patches into the build

Also, while here, drop the patch replacing LINK with CXXLINK in the build
system of the port. It's just not needed anymore.

I'm leaving the patch modifying --version behavior as it is. It's probably
a bad idea that we decided to modify upstream behavior in the first place
but at this point it probably makes little sense to change the behavior
after so many years.

Pmenu is a pie menu utility for X. Pmenu receives a menu specification
in stdin, shows a menu for the user to select one of the options,
and outputs the option selected to stdout.

Pmenu comes with the following features:

- Pmenu reads something in and prints something out, the UNIX way.
- Submenus (some pie-menu slices can spawn another menu).
- Icons (pie-menu slices can contain icon image).
- X resources support (you don't need to recompile pmenu for configuring it).

Check out my other project, xclickroot for an application that can spawn pmenu

telegram-cli 20200106 net-im files touched by this commit Command-line interface for Telegram
Add net-im/telegram-cli

Telegram-cli is a command-line interface
for the Telegram instant-messaging network.

WWW: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg

This is a repocopy of net-im/telegram. There are 2 reasons for it:

1. net-im/telegram upstream (https://github.com/vysheng/tg) is not active
anymore. Telegram CLI is being maintained by a community gathered around
a fork on GitHub: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg. People might
want to stick to the original version of Telegram CLI, so let's give
them an option to do that.
2. Most other packaging systems package this piece of software as
   telegram-cli (see https://repology.org/project/telegram-cli/versions).
Let's take this opportunity to have a package name consistent with other
   projects.

libnotify 0.7.9_1 devel files touched by this commit Library for desktop notifications
Fix generation of manual page

textproc/docbook-xsl seems to be missing appropriate stylesheets needed to
generated the notify-send.1 manual page as the formatting of that manual
page was completely broken. Use textproc/docbook-xsl-ns instead, which
seems to solve the issue.

wikiman 2.12.1 textproc files touched by this commit Offline interactive documentation search
Add textproc/wikiman

Wikiman is an offline search engine for manual pages, Arch Wiki, Gentoo
Wiki and other documentation.

Wikiman provides an easy interface for browsing documentation without the
need to be exact and connected to the internet. This is achieved by
utilizing full text search for wikis, partial name and description matching
for man pages, and fuzzy filtering for search results.
