Notes

  • Case sensitivity is ignored for "sounds like" and output is ordered by the soundex.
  • When searching on 'Message ID', the type of match is ignored.
  • When searching on 'Commit Message' only 'containing' is used.
  • When searching by 'Under a pathname', your path must start with something like /ports/, /doc/, or /src/. All commits under that point will be returned. The selected match type is ignored and defaults to 'Starts with'.
  • Searching for 'sounds like' is only valid for Committer, Maintainer, Package Name, and Port Name.

spiped 1.6.1_2 sysutils files touched by this commit Daemon for creating secure symmetric pipes
Remove __BSD_VISIBLE from spiped build

I added this in 2013 because it was needed in order to have MSG_NOSIGNAL
defined; having that improved performance by avoiding the need go mask
and unmask SIGPIPE repeately.

From src r248932 onwards (aka. 10.0-RELEASE and later) __BSD_VISIBLE is
no longer needed for this; since FreeBSD 9.x and earlier are no longer
supported, there is no point keeping the workaround.

ebsnvme-id 1.0 sysutils files touched by this commit Exposes information about NVMe disks on EC2
Add ebsnvme-id 1.0.

This duplicates the functionality of the ebsnvme-id tool in Amazon Linux,
and also provides information about Instance Store disks and maintains
a tree /dev/aws/disk/ of useful symlinks.

bsdec2-image-upload 1.3.1 net files touched by this commit Tool for creating Amazon EC2 AMIs
Update to 1.3.1.

This should unbreak the build with libressl and pre-1.1.1 versions
of OpenSSL; most importantly, this should build on FreeBSD 11 again.

spiped 1.6.1 sysutils files touched by this commit Daemon for creating secure symmetric pipes
Update spiped to 1.6.1.

This version gains support for running as a different uid/gid; so claim
259:259 as spiped:spiped and make that the default.

bsdec2-image-upload 1.3.0 net files touched by this commit Tool for creating Amazon EC2 AMIs
Update bsdec2-image-upload to 1.3.0.

This new version:
1. Uses ImportSnapshot for uploading VHD images (necessary for .cn regions,
where the ImportVolume API is not available).
2. Adds Architecture field to (optional) SNS notifications.
3. (Optionally) records AMI IDs in the SSM Parameter Store.

imds-filterd 0.1 security files touched by this commit Provides per user/group access controls to the EC2 IMDS
Add imds-filterd.

The imds-filterd tool allows administrators of EC2 instances to lock down
which data from the Instance Metadata Service can be accessed by specified
system users and groups, thereby making the EC2 Instance Metadata Service
compatible with traditional UNIX privilege separation.

ezmlm-idx 7.2.2_1 mail files touched by this commit Improved version of the ezmlm mailing list manager
MFH: r516289

Add -rdynamic to ezmlm-idx's conf-ld. This flag was added in ezmlm-idx
7.2.2 and is necessary in order for ezmlm to work on FreeBSD 12; but it
was being removed when we overwrote conf-ld. [1]

While I'm here, remove the djbware "no license" LEGAL_TEXT, which was
added in error several years ago; this package is GPLv2.

dual-dhclient-daemon 0.1 net files touched by this commit Spawns dhclients for a dual-stack network
Add net/dual-dhclient-daemon port.

This serves the same purpose as net/dual-dhclient, but does it
better: While net/dual-dhclient is a trivial shell script which
launches two dhclients, this is a daemon which
(a) can be signalled by /etc/rc.d/dhclient stop, and
(b) relays that signal to the two "child" dhclient daemons.

This is deliberately not replacing the net/dual-dhclient port
since in the unlikely event that something is broken I don't
want to see pkg automatically upgrading people; but EC2 AMIs
will be making use of this new port and I intend to remove the
old dual-dhclient port at some point.

amazon-ssm-agent 2.3.612.0 sysutils files touched by this commit Amazon Simple Systems Manager Agent
Update amazon-ssm-agent to 2.3.612.0.

This adds support for "sessions", aka. creating a remote shell via the Agent.

In order to support this, an "ssm-user" account is created when the package
is installed; we create this via pkg-install rather than the USERS= / UIDs
functionality, since ssm-user needs to be in wheel and needs to have a home
directory.

bsdec2-image-upload 1.2.1 net files touched by this commit Tool for creating Amazon EC2 AMIs
Update to version 1.2.1. This brings two changes:
1. A new --publicsnap option which marks the EBS snapshot for the AMI's
root disk as being public.
2. When sending an SNS notification about new AMIs, the SNS region is
extracted from the Topic ARN rather than using the same region as was
used for uploading the AMI.

bsdec2-image-upload 1.2 net files touched by this commit Tool for creating Amazon EC2 AMIs
Update bsdec2-image-upload to version 1.2.

This brings support for automatically sending SNS notifications about
new AMIs (requested by Amazon), and adjusts the "copy AMIs out to all
the regions" step to perform copies in parallel (which should speed
up the process of releasing new AMIs significantly).
