Security update OpenEXR and ilmbase to 2.2.1.

While here, fix libIlmImfUtil_la_LDFLAGp so that when linking libIlmImfUtil,
the locally built libIlmImf gets precedence over the one in /usr/local,
to permit upgrades in a running system with the older version installed.

This changes the library's SONAME, so bump PORTREVISION of all dependees.

Unfortunately, this looks a bit too intrusive for an MFH to 2017Q4.

Reconcile e2fsprogs ./. krb5-* conflicts.

* Move conflicting e2fsprogs headers & libs into .../e2fsprogs/... subdirs.
* Move conflicting awk scripts into ${DATADIR}.
* Rename and patch compile_et to e2fsprogs-compile_et.
* Remove conflict markers (from e2fsprogs and krb5-*).
* Add CPPFLAGS/LDFLAGS to sysutils/fusefs-ext2, including
  --rpath setting.

While here, also:
* sort pkg-plist and files/unwanted
* use FUSEFS_CONFIGURE_ENABLE=fuse2fs to prevent e2fsprogs from picking up
fusefs (implies --disable-fuse2fs if the option remains disabled)
* add --without-included-gettext to CONFIGURE_ARGS just to be on the safe
  side.

And of course, bump PORTREVISION to 3 in e2fsprogs. Since other ports
do not change files or runtime behaviour, their PORTREVISION remains
untouched.

Update to new upstream 1.43.7, install libext2fs.so [1].

Install shared libraries, and use them (except for e2fsck, which links it
statically so it can be used from /sbin), requested by pgf@ and fsu@.

To that end, we need to add LIB_DEPENDS and tweak CONFIGURE_ARGS (notably
LDFLAGS need to be passed there already, not in MAKE_ARGS, so that we can find
libuuid/libblkid).

Use @comment trick in pkg-plist to ignore not-to-install libraries (libss,
libblkid - these have their own ports) while shutting up make check-plist and
poudriere checks at the same time.

Leverage OPTIONS_SUB to replace NLS and FUSEFS in pkg-plist.

e2fsprogs v1.43.4 and .5 appear to attempt unaligned writes to disk

modify-write cycles when writing only parts of a block.

Bump PORTREVISION, as crucial executables and libs change.

Disable download site carrying botched tarball.

The smaller tarball at build.openvpn.net is a pre-release version that
somehow escaped to the public and would not carry the fix for
CVE-2017-7478.

I had grabbed the bigger tarball from swupdate.openvpn.net that does
carry the fix, so we're safe.

The bigger tarball does carry garbage files (pre-compiled .so files, which
we do not install or use in the build, and *~ backup files) which do not
end up in our build.

The issue has been reported upstream.

If someone gets download failures due to the size differences, "make
distclean" should fix things.

This commit invokes the "Fixes that do not result in a change in
contents of the resulting package." blanket approval per
<https://wiki.freebsd.org/ports-secteam>, checked today.

rawtherapee 5.0 graphics files touched by this commit Powerful RAW image processing application
Update to new 5.0-gtk3 release (synch with graphics/rawtherapee-devel)

Changes: <http://rawtherapee.com/blog/rawtherapee-5-released>

Due to GCC issues on i386 with stack misalignment for SSE2 instructions,
use the base system clang there, and use GCC 5+ on amd64. Since i386
has no OpenMP support, even clang 3.4 in FreeBSD 10.3 is good enough.

Note that the cache directory suffix, which used to be 4.1, is now
empty, so the cache directory is now ~user/.cache/RawTherapee.
~user/.cache/RawTherapee4.1 should be renamed before the start, or
removed.

Miscellaneous cleanups all over the place.

Changes:	<http://rawtherapee.com/blog/rawtherapee-5-released>

Fix compilation on FreeBSD 11+, and enable OpenMP.
Use devel/openmp for libomp.

Code generation improvements: On i386, use SSE2 instead of only SSE [1]
when compiler optimizations are requested (which they are by default) RT
code uses mostly SSE2 for SIMD). Fix i386 SSE2 crashes with GCC(*) (use
clang there), and clean up a bit.

(*) GCC does not get the stack properly aligned in i386 for SSE2 and
causes SIGBUS on startup when trying to access an 8-byte aligned

Fix i386 SSE2 crashes (use clang), and clean up a bit.

GCC 5.4 also does not get the stack properly aligned in i386 for SSE2
and causes SIGBUS on startup when trying to access an 8-byte aligned
double[8] array with SIMD instructions.[1] One workaround would be to use
-mstackrealign, the other is to use clang - we don't get OpenMP on i386
anyhow.

Move DISTVERSIONSUFFIX up to appease portlint.

Drop -fexpensive-optimizations, clang does not support it, and gcc 5.4
includes it in -O2 and -O3.

Note that the upstream discourages the use of 32-bit architectures for
rawtherapee.

Move forward to 5.0-gtk3 release.

If nothing serious crops up, this gets MFH'd to branches/2017Q1/ and
also moved to graphics/rawtherapee in head/.

This forward ports lots of the cleanups made to graphics/rawtherapee,
and consistently uses GCC 5+ (currently 5.4.0) everywhere.

Requires jumping through some hoops with the currents ports rig because
USES=compiler:gcc-c++11-lib will happyily trample our USE_GCC to =yes,
so we need to set USE_GCC late.
