emulators/emu64: extend patch to fix an issue with OSS

This update is require to unbreak the port under FreeBSD.
The issue was reported to upstream and the fix will be available in future

Background: In the upstream issue, it was revealed that the whole C64 emulation
depends on the audio stream (for best sync) and initializing the audio stream
failed when the SDL backend was OSS, because it needs a fragment size that is a
power of two. The attached patch is the minimal change to 5.0.18 from the

New port net-im/sshout: Instant-messaging solution based on SSH

Secure Shout Host Oriented Unified Talk is an instant-messaging platform
designed to make uses of the existing SSH server in your system.
SSHOUT creates a private chat room in your host. The authentication of the
chat room is done by SSH public authentication. Users can join your chat room
by either directly connecting your SSH server with any SSH client; or using a
SSHOUT client that implemented the client side SSHOUT API.
This package provides the SSHOUT server side programs; if you are finding a
SSHOUT client, go to project page and find out a suitable client; or you can

New port: multimedia/makemkv a CLI video converter from DVD

This port is CLI only and leaves out the MakeMKV GUI, because

Also, as described in the pkg-message, it requires a custom

be build by the final user to comply with the license terms.

Work is ongoing with the author to have a FreeBSD native version

During the initialization net/rtg uses the /tmp/mysql.sql

Using well known files can lead to a race condition between
