security/gnupg20: update signature file.

Similarly to r387262 (for security/gnupg), gnupg20 added
the signature of "NIIBE Yutaka (GnuPG Release Key) <gniibe@fsij.org>"
which makes the signature file 574 bytes instead of 287 bytes.
