Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Update to 0.5.2, which also includes the fix for the security hole I tried
to close before. Note, that the hole WAS STILL THERE in 0.5.1 -- up until
today :-( Although I added the pqescape.c, I forgot to add the patch, that
made use of it...
