textproc/apache-poi: upgrade to 5.2.5

Remark: POI 5.2.3 was the last version where they produced a set of
poi-bin*.zip and poi-bin*.tgz files. Now jars are published as
separate files to Maven Central.

I tried to build them from source, but failed.

textproc/apache-poi: Update to 4.1.2.

This release features better chart support in XDDF, various rendering fixes
in the Common SL/EMF modules and OOM fixes when handling arbitrary slide
indexes in XSLF (+ a new dependency to SparseBitSet 1.2). Several dependencies
were also updated to their latest versions to pick up security fixes and other
improvements.

Unbreak textproc/apache-poi to save the port from deletion

In the final iteration, the Maven infrastructure was removed in favor
of a precompiled binary which provides the bonus of a simpler makefile
in additional to being poudriere-compatible.
