editors/emacs: Update to 29.1

* Update Canna patch to the one for Emacs 29.
* Add new options PGTK, SQLITE3, TREESITTER and WEBP. SQLITE3 and
  TREESITTER are ON by default. PGTK and WEBP options are excluded
  from nox flavor.
* CARGO option doesn't imply XFT but prevents it. It is caused as a
  result of adding pure GTK support (PGTK option).
* OTK options doesn't imply XTF any more. It is also caused as a
  result of adding pure GTK support.
* Update NATIVECOMP option so it specifies ahead-of-time compilation
  via the configure argument.
* Remove "experimental" from NATIVECOMP_DESC.
* Add print/freetype2 and x11-fonts/fontconfig to CAIRO_LIB_DEPENDS

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

- depend on math/gmp
- match upstream by turning CAIRO, HARFBUZZ, and JSON options and on and

- remove OPENMP check for graphics/ImageMagick as the openmp is now
  included in base

Per distfile survey, update mastersite.  The only difference in the
version on our ftp server and the one on the author's page is the
lower (!) revision number on its own CVS ID.  Otherwise they are
identical, so bump PORTEPOCH after updating the checksum.

The author notes: "All the features of xml-mode.el have now been
integrated into the latest (CVS) version of sgml-mode, so I no
longer maintain it as a separate module."  Perhaps that has
something to do with the version reset?  Who knows.

Remove MAINTAINER, as per his request:

"I'll be offline for the next few months.  Someone please take care
 of these poor orphans."

Also slip in some minor fixes.
