Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Clenup xfce ports:
- Add missing dependencies
- Remove unneeded patches
- Regenerate and rename legacy patches
- Add NLS option to ports providing such a knob, and missing the
option
- Add INSTALL_TARGET=install-strip where missing

- Cosmetic changes to OPTION related variables to improve readability

- Silence portlint warnings about variables order
- Bump PORTREVISION where changing dependencies and/or adding

The FreeBSD GNOME team is proud to annunce the release of GNOME 2.22.0 for
FreeBSD. The official GNOME 2.22 release notes can be found at
http://library.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/2.22/ . On the FreeBSD front,
this release features an updated hal port with support for video4linux
devices, DRM (Direct Rendering), and better support of removable media. Work
is also underway to tie webkit more closely into GNOME. As part of the
GNOME 2.22 upgrade, GStreamer received a rather large upgrade as well.
Be sure to consult UPDATING on the proper steps to upgrade all of your
GNOME ports.
