Deprecate unmaintained ports from x11-fonts where upstream disapear and/or
where no distfiles can be found and are not used bye maintained ports

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

This is a collection of greek TTF fonts licensed under GPL.
These fonts are designed for the Greek language and are iso-8859-7 compatible.
They are saved though in Unicode format, to be compatible with modern fonts and
in order to be easily expandable. It consist of the following families:
a) Bonati
c) Jacobs
b) Optima
d) OptimaCollege
e) ParisAifel
