Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

- Support staging.
- Stop calling fontconfig on installation and deinstallation: fontconfig
should be smart enough to manage its cache automatically.
- Stop depending on and using mkfont{dir, scale}. Even though this is not a
TTF font, most programs already use freetype and fontconfig.

Add x11-fonts/gohufont.

Gohufont is a monospace bitmap font well suited for programming and terminal
use. It is intended to be very legible and offers very discernable glyphs
for all characters, including signs and symbols.

The small 11 px version is perfect for laptops and netbooks as it enables to
fit more text into their small screens. The 14 px is ideal for desktop
screens where you sit farther away from it and the 11 px would be too small.
