x11-toolkits/soqt: switch master site
The Bitbucket distribution point is no more, and the main repository
now lives on Github. At the same time, the auto-generated tarballs
over there cannot be used (they lack the submodules required for
building, and upstream documents that over here:
https://github.com/coin3d/soqt/releases
Just point MASTER_SITES at the correct tarball. On the upside, we
now get the gzipped file (still, the tarball is a little bit larger
as it now contains some mercurial leftovers, but it is the same for
all relevant content - I checked).
While here, add glu to USE_GL as advised by testport.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries
of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic
attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than
one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the
Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr
files in order to preserve them.
There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These
ports will not be touched in this commit.
The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port
Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as
deprecated.

update the Coin3D stack to it's latest release
Coin has moved to a new place on the web https://coin3d.github.io/
and the project has rolled new releases. Additionally, it's undergoing
relicensing (most parts are now licensed user BSD 3-clause).
This updates
graphics/Coin to 4.0
graphics/py-pivy to 0.6.5
x11-toolkits/soqt to 1.6.0
Further, graphics/py-pivy-devel and x11-toolkits/soqt-devel have been
renamed to graphics/py-pivy and x11-toolkits/soqt respectively (losing
their -devel suffixes). Previously, these ports had been forks and/or
pre-releases of the old Qt4-based pivy and soqt ports. As these old ports
are long gone and these new versions have been updated to officially
released versions, it seemed prudent to remove the devel from their names.
Bumping FreeCAD for dependency change.
Adding PORTEPOCH to soqt to prevent PKGVERSION going backwards.
Thanks to pfg@, who contributed the update to graphics/Coin and reviewed
my patches.

Update CONFIGURE_ARGS for how we pass CONFIGURE_TARGET to configure script.
Specifically, newer autoconf (> 2.13) has different semantic of the
configure target. In short, one should use --build=CONFIGURE_TARGET
instead of CONFIGURE_TARGET directly. Otherwise, you will get a warning
and the old semantic may be removed in later autoconf releases.
To workaround this issue, many ports hack the CONFIGURE_TARGET variable
so that it contains the ``--build='' prefix.
To solve this issue, under the fact that some ports still have
configure script generated by the old autoconf, we use runtime detection
in the do-configure target so that the proper argument can be used.
Changes to Mk/*:
- Add runtime detection magic in bsd.port.mk
- Remove CONFIGURE_TARGET hack in various bsd.*.mk
- USE_GNOME=gnometarget is now an no-op
Changes to individual ports, other than removing the CONFIGURE_TARGET hack:

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.
Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

Whoa there, boy, that's a mighty big commit y'all have there...
Begin autotools sanitization sequence by requiring ports to explicitly
specify which version of {libtool, autoconf, automake} they need, erasing
the concept of a "system default".
For ports-in-waiting:
USE_LIBTOOL=YES -> USE_LIBTOOL_VER=13
USE_AUTOCONF=YES -> USE_AUTOCONF_VER=213
USE_AUTOMAKE=YES -> USE_AUTOMAKE_VER=14
Ports attempting to use the old style system after June 1st 2004 will be
sorely disappointed.
