Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

*: (KDE ports) tidy up dependencies

Go another round with the dependency-cleanup:
- ECM and doctools are still more only a build-dep
- Qt testlibs is a build-dep

This touches plenty of ports outside of KDE Frameworks
that did **not** list their full dependencies and could
get away with it because frameworks pulled in too much.

x11/plasma5-plasma: Update KDE Plasma Desktop to 5.22

Plasma 5.22 is here, and it is more reliable and stable than ever. By
cleaning up and refactoring code in the background, the Plasma desktop
gives you greater responsiveness and performance, helping you become
even more productive without hiccups or surprises. Enjoy a smoother
experience with KDE’s Plasma 5.22 desktop.

Plasma 5.22 has become more pleasurable to use through improvements to
the design and greater smoothness and consistency in transparencies,
blurs, icons, and animations. Moving things to accessible locations,
offering hints and visual cues, and creating new settings allows you to
customize your work environment to make it fit perfectly to your needs.
Following the true KDE spirit, the push for a more stable and attractive
desktop does not mean you have to renounce control over how you want it

x11-wm/plasma5-kwin: improve Wayland support

This is a backport / newly-developed patches for KDE Plasma
Wayland on FreeBSD. Some parts are upstream.

- Shuffle the USE_KDE line around a bit to make clear what
the direct Wayland-dependencies are; also add the ones
that were missing for full Wayland functionality.
- The major() and minor() macros on FreeBSD have "return type"
int, while on Linux they are "unsigned int" (see makedev(3)
for details). When passed to QVariant without a cast, that leads
  to type-mismatches in DBus messages.
- ConsoleKit returns a new seat, but that seat does not receive
the libinput devices and never gets any input. Hard-code "seat0"
  since this codepath is Wayland-only.
- Fix build on i386 (but really, modern X11/Wayland desktop on i386
seems like a really, **really** unlikely combination).

This updates the KDE Plasma parts to release 5.21.3. There is one
new port, plasma5-systemmonitor, which is the upcoming replacement
for KDE sysguard. It is not installed by default.

Release notes are at
	https://kde.org/announcements/plasma/5/5.21.3/

Previous commits tidying up DOCS options left some non-
applications consumers without the necessary kdoctools
dependency, so (re)introduce that now.

Switch KDE Plasma kwin (the WM & Compositor) to xwayland-devel

This makes Plasma co-installable with sway and river and other
Wayland-based compositors and makes life much easier for the
folks working on Wayland bits, since then all the "current"
compositors depend on the same wayland, rather than conflicting
over xwayland vs. xwayland-devel.

Today KDE releases a bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5, versioned 5.20.2 Plasma
5.20 was released in October 2020 with many feature refinements and new modules
to complete the desktop experience.

This release adds a week's worth of new translations and fixes from KDE's
contributors. The bugfixes are typically small but important and include:

   * Daemon: improve consistency of the lid behaviour.
   * Fix bug: Some user profile fields won't apply unless they all have unique
     new values.

Update KDE Plasma Desktop to 5.20.0

Everyday utilities and tools, such as the Panels, Task Manager, Notifications
and System Settings, have all been overhauled to make them more usable,
efficient, and friendlier.

Meanwhile, developers are hard at work adapting Plasma and all its bits and
pieces to Wayland. Once done, Plasma will not only be readier for the future,
but will also work better with touchscreens and multiple screens with different
refresh rates and DPIs. Plasma will also offer better support for
hardware-accelerated graphics, be more secure, and enjoy many more advantages.
Although still work in progress, 5.20 already offers users many of the benefits
of Plasma on Wayland.

Update KDE Plasma Desktop to 5.19.0

Tuesday, 9 June 2020.

Plasma 5.19 is out! If we gave alliterative names to Plasma releases, this one
could be "Polished Plasma". The effort developers have put into squashing bugs
and removing annoying papercuts has been immense.

In this release, we have prioritized making Plasma more consistent, correcting
and unifying designs of widgets and desktop elements; worked on giving you more
control over your desktop by adding configuration options to the System
Settings; and improved usability, making Plasma and its components easier to
use and an overall more pleasurable experience.

Read on to discover all the new features and improvements of Plasma 5.19...

Update KDE's Plasma Desktop to 5.18.0

Tuesday, 11 February 2020.

Plasma 5.18 LTS is out!

A brand new version of the Plasma desktop is now available. In Plasma 5.18 you
will find neat new features that make notifications clearer, settings more
streamlined and the overall look more attractive. Plasma 5.18 is easier and
more fun to use, while at the same time allowing you to be more productive when
it is time to work.

Apart from all the cool new stuff, Plasma 5.18 also comes with an LTS status.
LTS stands for "Long Term Support". This means 5.18 will be updated and
maintained by KDE contributors for the next two years (regular versions are
maintained for 4 months). If you are thinking of updating or migrating your
school, company or organization to Plasma, this version is your best bet, as
you get the most stable version of Plasma *and* all the new features too.

Fix Qt5 symbol version scripts to put the catch-all clause first. When
a symbol matches multiple clauses the last one takes precedence. If the
catch-all is last it captures everything. In the case of Qt5 libraries
this caused all symbols to have a Qt_5 label while some should have
Qt_5_PRIVATE_API. This only affects lld because GNU ld always gives the
catch-all lowest priority.

Older versions of Qt5Webengine exported some memory allocation symbols from
the bundled Chromium. Version 5.9 stopped exporting these [1] but the
symbols were kept as weak wrappers for the standard allocation functions to
maintain binary compatibility. [2][3] The problem is that the call to the
standard function in these weak wrappers is only resolved to the standard
function if there's a call to this standard function in other parts of
Qt5Webengine, because only then is there a non-weak symbol that takes
precedence over the weak one. If there's no such non-weak symbol the call

Split out evdev headers from multimedia/v4l_compat

Split out evdev headers (input.h, input-event-codes.h, uinput.h) into their
own port, devel/evdev-proto, and update those to be current with the Linux
4.19 kernel. This is done in order to be able to update the rest of the
FreeBSD input stack, which is forthcoming.

By splititng out the evdev headers we can update them independent of other
updates in v4l_compat, which makes it easier for the graphics team to keep
track of them and keep them updated as needed.

Update devel/libevdev from 1.4.4 to 1.5.9 instead of trying to make it work
with the updated headers. This will be further updated.

Update devel/py-evdev from 0.5.0 to 0.8.1 instead of trying to make it work

Import the KDE Plasma5 ports

This is an import of the Plasma5 ports that we have had in the development
repository for quite some time now.

Please note:
 * Plasma5 cannot be installed at the same time as KDE SC4.
 * Qt5 assumes /etc/localtime to be a symlink to a tz file, not a regular file.
 * To start plasma5, it is recommended to use something like
       exec ck-launch-session startkde
 * Powermanagement and such is not working :-)

I would like to thank all the people that have helped test it in the past years.
