net/zsync: Update 0.6.3 => 0.6.6, take maintainership

- Support and generate zsync 0.8 control files.
  - Support MD5 and SHA-224 block checksums.
  - Support SHA-256 file hash.
- Use OpenSSL for cryptgraphic digests.

- Fix an incompatibility between zsync and the RFC7233 rules for
  multipart/byteranges. zsync was written to RFC2046 a long time ago,
  now obsolete; responses from newer HTTP servers following the newer
  standard could cause zsync to fail to parse the response. zsync also
  was not treating failing to find the MIME boundary as a hard error and
  retrying indefinitely; changed to report this as an error.

net/zsync: update 0.6.2 => 0.6.3

Changelog:
- Performance improvements for large (>250MB) files - on multi-gigabyte
  files this can be a very large improvement.
- Tuning to reduce likelyhood of hitting bad performance due to bad
  checksum distribution.
- Fix case where client would think download succeeded and try verifying
  it when it had really failed.
- Fix a problem where the client could get into a loop retrieving data
  if the remote returned data inconsistent with the .zsync file.
- Improvements to some of the error and progress messages.
- Stop zsync requesting bytes past the end of the target file.
- Fix bug where mtime would be set to something offset from the intended
  value due to timezones.
- Fix a case where auth headers could be send to the wrong server across
  a redirect. Send auth headers unconditionally when username & password
  are provided.
- Fix compilation with gcc-14.
- Other optimisations.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

  This is just a bugfix release. Someone noticed that zsync would be
  vulnerable to CAN-2005-2096, due to it's use of zlib code. So the
  patch for that is now done.

  This release also includes some HTTP protocol fixes, as there have
  been some complaints/observations on how zsync failed to correctly
  implement some details from the standard.
