[fix] archivers/rar: add compat5x dependency and amd64 support

    rar is FreeBSD/i386 5.x binary. On FreeBSD 6.x it requires
    misc/compat5x.  It works on amd64 architecture using lib32
    libraries and COMPAT_IA32 support in kernel.
