* update to 1.6_1
* apply patches from Lubomir Host
  - fixes bug in InnoDB status report
  - adds some hint in queries-per-second mode
  - if 'D' key is pressed, mytop script is checked for modifications (e.g.
    during development) and restarted
  - shows MySQL SLAVE status (if configured in MySQL daemon)
