Patch to handle PostgreSQL 9.1

Fix support for PostgreSQL #.#.##, such as 8.2.15.

Update to 0.5.4, which now supports PostgreSQL 8.4.

Back out the changes on pkg-plist.  Turned out portlint just gave me a
wrong piece of advice.

Add a patch to fix a problem that a wrong value is set to "args" when
compiled with Ruby 1.8.7 or later.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency

in Makefile (29 of them).

To make it work with newly born postgresql 8.1

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Split the postgresql ports into a server and a client part.

All ports depending on postgresql shall use the USE_PGSQL=yes knob
defined in Mk/bsd.ports.mk. Bumping portrevisions where needed.
