This library provides inotify-compatible interface for applications,
that need to monitor changes happening in a filesystem. It can be useful
when porting Linux applications, which often use inotify interface.
You might want to consider increasing the kern.maxfiles tunable if you plan
to use this library for applications that need to monitor activity of a lot
of files.
devel/libinotify: convert to a system header
- Don't copy but instruct C preprocessor to use the base header
- Make sure warnings in the header are ignored like under /usr/include

devel/libinotify: Prepare for the native inotify impl
The idea behind the change is to leave the library as-is to allow old programs
linked to it to run, but prevent new programs from linking to it. This is
achieved by replacing libinotify sys/inotify.h with a native one and removing
LDFLAGS from the .pc file

regression: bump packages known to trigger the pkg 2.1.1 regression
A regression was introduced in pkg 2.1.1 which results in at least those
packages ending up depending on themselves.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Remove a misleading and obsolete suggestion on kern.maxfiles value.
A typical desktop has a default auto-tuned value that is already
much higher than 25000.

- Return my ports back to the pool. I was unable to make any fixes to
my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them. So let people know
that there's no available support for them until things are back to
normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
to fix them without getting approval).
