KDE2 is dead. The source is no longer available.

Add objprelink 1.0, an object file processor which improves dynamic   linking
performance.  This will be used by the upcoming KDE 2.2.2 ports   upgrade.  The
patch fixes a libbfd compile problem from binutils 2.11.2.
