Use RUBY_MOD*.

Update to 0.1.    

Add %%PORTDOCS%%.    

Remove RUBY_EXAMPLESDIR on deinstallation if it's empty.  As byaccr   doesn't
RUN_DEPENDS on ruby, it has to remove the directory by itself.    

Add ruby-byaccr, a parser generator for ruby based on 'Berkeley Yacc'   and
'Berkeley Yacc for Java'.
