Remove editors/openoffice.org-3-RC. It has been an RC, but Oracle has
abandoned this development. The development has been taken over by
ASF and it is ongoing at editors/openoffice-3-devel. Now
editors/openoffice-3-devel is quite good shape.

Remove two knobs WITH_SYSTEM_FREETYPE and WITH_TTF_BYTECODE_ENABLED.
Since OOO300_m1 and DEV300_m30, OOo no longer ship a
private copy of libfreetype.so (CWS rmfreetype).
