Mark for depreciation, since unmaintained, failing to work with current
versions of GCC, mostly dead upstream, and requiring gcc295 which fails
to build itself (and does not support current version of FreeBSD nor most
primary targets).

- The emulators/dlx port is one of the last remaining ports that uses
  sgtty exclusively. We'd better port it to termios, to make it work
  without the COMPAT_43TTY kernel switch.

[patch] mark emulators/dlx as broken except on i386 stable

        Per bento, this port only seems to build on i386 stable.
        Mark it so.

        The distfile dates from 1991 (!) so it may well be time to
        let it go unless someone wants to step up to maintain it.
