Wtf is little shell script taken from NetBSD's CVS repository which
translates acronyms.  These acronyms are kept in a file located at
${PREFIX}/share/misc/acronyms.

Pass maintainership to Philippe Audeoud <jadawin@tuxaco.net>, who has
shown interest in handling this port, and is likely to do a better job
at it than me.  While I'm here, correct the MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR variable;
the distfiles are in my own sub-directory, and not petef@'s one anymore.

Remove the now superfluous USE_REINPLACE=yes.

Join the ambient paranoia and add an SHA256 checksum.

Update to the latest version of NetBSD's wtf.

- Update to latest acronyms database from NetBSD.
- Convert to PLIST_DIRS/PLIST_FILES and ditch pkg-plist.

Add size data into distinfo.

Simplify the Makefile a bit by using ${REINPLACE_CMD}.

- Update to the latest version as found in NetBSD.  This adds a fair
  amount of new acronyms, and a new acronym database dedicated to
  computer-related terms.
- Fix brain-o in Makefile so that it actually works as expected.
