The original developer of xblast seems to have vanished years ago.
But now there appears to be active development, again, by a group
that has gathered patches from different sources and started to add
a number of new features.

Upgrade to xblast version 2.9.22.

Fix Imakefile: There is no man page for xbsndsrv, but the imake rules   require
one. The quick and dirty trick is to replace the InstallManPage   macro by an
empty definition.
