Ispell is a fast screen-oriented spelling checker that shows you your
errors in the context of the original file, and suggests possible
corrections when it can figure them out.  Compared to UNIX spell, it
is faster and much easier to use.  Ispell can also handle languages
other than English.

Reset maintainer who had turned in his commit bit some time back as he no
longer had time to work on FreeBSD.  We appreciate the help in the past.

Port needs perl to build.

problem:   revision is ofen misleading when slave ports have own PORTVERSION,  
maintainer has to bump local PORTREVISION fore each master port change.    

Remove DISTNAME and UNSQ hacks, they have been merged to the masterport.    

- Update path from masterport    

- DISTNAME needs PORTVERSION of master PORT   - Add support for Makefile.local  
- PORTREVISTION bumped    

Spaces -> tabs in ports/german.    

Set PORTVERSION to 20001109, since ISPELL_DENEU version bumped.    

Add category "french" and "german" as appropriate.    

Repo copy textproc/de{,alt,neu}-ispell to german/ispell{,-alt,-neu}.
