- Switch from static pkg-plist to dynamic PORTDOCS=*.
- Add EPUB and HTML options to install the manual in different formats.
- Update pkg-descr.
- Use EXTRACT_BEFORE_ARGS to prevent unnecessary files from being
  extracted.
