Java-GNOME is a set of Java bindings for GNOME and GTK libraries,
so GNOME applications can be written in Java.  It is implemented
as a JNI layer that delegates the Java calls out to the underlying
C library.

- Remove USE_GCC where it can be satisfied with base compiler on following
  FreeBSD versions: 5.3 and up, 6.x, 7.x, 8-CURRENT

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
