The old website does not longer exists, so remove from master sites and
change address to SF in pkg-descr.

I don't use this port anymore, it doesn't work together with Gnome anymore,
so I give up maintainership.

This port has an incorrect plist when built with WITHOUT_NLS=1 and
gettext not present. Since there's no configure switch to make
WITHOUT_NLS=1 work, depend upon gettext unconditionally.
