Unification of JDK port names.

ports/java/Makefile
Matches new names and locations of JDK ports. Checked sorting.

ports/java/jdk
All files removed from CVS. This port is moved to java/jdk11.
Checked that the repocopy was okay.

ports/java/jdk12-beta
All files removed from CVS. This port is moved to java/jdk12.
Checked that the repocopy was okay.

ports/java/linux-jdk
All files removed from CVS. This port is moved to
java/linux-blackdown-jdk12.
Checked that the repocopy was okay.

ports/java/linux-jdk13
All files removed from CVS. This port is moved to
java/linux-sun-jdk13.
Checked that the repocopy was okay.

ports/java/linux-jdk14
All files removed from CVS. This port is moved to
java/linux-sun-jdk14.
Checked that the repocopy was okay.

- No longer remind the folks to install the compat3x libraries, as they     are
installed automagically.
