revisions to ports/101612 that were not in the PR.

- Switch lua dependency to lang/lua50

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Add a CONFLICTS entry with ruby-lua4.

Switch BUILD_DEPENDS to LIB_DEPENDS not to confuse lua with lua4.

Update to rub-lua5 0.2.2, which now supports lua 5.0.

Seems someone forgot to update this dependency line when updating
lang/lua to the latest version, which API is incompatible with 4.0.

Update to 20010921.    

Put a copy of the distfile in my local distfiles area -- the tarball   is
repacked too frequently, and the latest version has a bug. :(    

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Update to 20010831.    

Add ruby-lua, a Ruby extension to make Lua script language as a class.
