Upgrade to 0.8.2, which is fetchable.

BROKEN: Does not fetch

Upgrade achievo to 0.8.1 (php4 is now default)

Switch from mysql322-{client,server} to mysql323-{client,server}.    

Change the BUILD_DEPENDS I used for testing to RUN_DEPENDS.  I'll assume   no
packages have been built for this yet.
