- Update librsync to 2.0.0 and move to net/librsync2.
This is ABI-compatible with 1.0.0, but due to an accident
upstream with releasing 1.0.1 with a reversed shlib version,
they released 2.0.0 with only a restoration of the shlib
  version of 2.

Add "dual dhclient" script, which can be specified as dhclient_program in
rc.conf in order to launch the base system dhclient for IPv4 and the ISC
dhcp client for IPv6.

I'm not sure if this will be useful to anyone else, but adding this trivial
port will simplify the configuration of IPv6 on Amazon EC2 instances. I
hope this port becomes redundant in the future due to the base system
gaining support for IPv6 DHCP.

Importing KDE Frameworks into the ports tree (required for newer KDE Desktop and
Applications)

KDE Frameworks is a collection of libraries and software frameworks by KDE
that serve as technological foundation for KDE Plasma 5 and KDE Applications
distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) [1].

The work is based on what we have in the KDE testing repo [2].

This is the next big step in updating the KDE Desktop and its Applications
to anything less dusty.

With this change, `USES=kde:5` is now a valid option. Ports that need to depend
on KDE Framework can now set:
	USES=kde:5
	USE_KDE=<framework1> <framework2> ... <frameworkX>

Frame crafting made easy

This module is part of Net::Frame frame crafting framework. It is
totally optional, but can make playing with the network far easier.

Basically, it hides the complexity of frame forging, sending, and
receiving, by providing helper methods, which will analyze internally
how to assemble frames and find responses to probes.

For example, it will take care of computing lengths and checksums,
and matching a response frame to the requesting frame.

[NEW] net/py-sshuttle: Full-featured VPN over an SSH tunnel

As far as I (the author) knows, sshuttle is the only program that solves
the following common case:

 * Your client machine (or router) is Linux, FreeBSD, or MacOS.
 * You have access to a remote network via ssh.
 * You don't necessarily have admin access on the remote network.
 * The remote network has no VPN, or only stupid/complex VPN protocols
(IPsec, PPTP, etc). Or maybe you are the admin and you just got
frustrated with the awful state of VPN tools.
 * You don't want to create an ssh port forward for every single host/port
   on the remote network.
 * You hate openssh's port forwarding because it's randomly slow and/or
   stupid.

Cjdns implements an encrypted IPv6 network using public-key cryptography for
address allocation and a distributed hash table for routing. This provides
near-zero-configuration networking, and prevents many of the security and
scalability issues that plague existing networks.

This is inspired by Julien Schmidt's httprouter, in that it uses a patricia
tree, but the implementation is rather different. Specifically, the routing
rules are relaxed so that a single path segment may be a wildcard in one route
and a static token in another. This gives a nice combination of high
performance with a lot of convenience in designing the routing patterns. In
benchmarks, httptreemux is close to, but slightly slower than, httprouter.

net/sock: create port

This is a standalone version of W. Richard Stevens' "sock" program,
based on the code available for the UNIX Network Programming book.

Adapted and reworked code for W. Richard Stevens' "sock" utility
by Christian Kreibich.

From the author: In TCP/IP Illustrated Vol. 1, Richard Stevens used
a program called "sock" to demonstrate the many properties of TCP/IP.
Unfortunately, the book only speaks about how to use the program but
does not point to a site for downloading its sources. While sock is
contained in the code package accompanying UNIX Network Programming,
this code is also getting dated.

The program can be used to generate TCP or UDP packets for testing
various network features. It runs as either client or server.
