- Get Rid MD5 support

- Switch SourceForge ports to the new File Release System: categories starting
with N

- Prepare for lang/tcl80 and x11-toolkits/tk80 removal
- Switch all ports that have USE_TCL=80+ to use USE_TCL=82+

- Change default Tcl/Tk version to 8.5
- Bump PORTVERSION of ports affected
