Dirk forgot to copy malsync_2.1.0 to his public_distfiles when
 he did the upgrade.  Now that it's maintained by ports@, copy
 it into mine.

Don my portmgr hat and return dirk@FreeBSD.org's ports back to the
unmaintained pool.  He has not committed in over a year and has been
unresponsive to emails over a similar time period.

Use PLIST_FILES (bento-tested, marcus-reviewed).

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.
