A simple utility to show the package name and version
whose port version is different from it.

The utility uses /usr/ports/INDEX-{__FreeBSD__}.db
The file can be generated by using bundled pver_dbgen

Fix field width limits. Bump PORTREVISION.

Bump USE_BDB to 41+, as it builds with 4.1.

Remove databases/db3. All users were using db3+
and have in fact been using 4.0+ since 2011-04-12 (Mk/bsd.database.mk r1.57).

Chase upgrade in dependent ports and change USE_BDB to 40+.

Mark Berkeley DB 5.1 incompatibility.

- Get Rid MD5 support

- While here, also mark MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE (fails to build sometimes with forced
