Fix dependency broken due to acroread7 removal.

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

"make describe" failed in top-level "make index"
since ports configure script adds "-nox11" suffix
even when ${GHOSTSCRIPT_PORT} is already "ghostscript-gpl-nox11".

Chase net/samba to net/samba3 in preparation for removal of the former.

Update to new version 7.2.8
New features: can play audio files.
lpd then acts like a jukebox.
Remote Audio printing/playing is at experimental stage (untested).
Theoretically it should be possible that multiple print clients
feed the central print server with sound card with audio files.

fix acroread dependency after recent changes to the acrobat reader's

Thanks for the bugreport including fix. Fix was not complete,
I added the missing changes for manual config.

- Depend on acroread7 instead of acroread5.
  Acroread5 is outdated and marked BROKEN due to multiple security issues
  So the port didn't build/install
- changed manual config and batch mode

     there was a nasty typo in the apsfilter script ($SMP_IP -> $SMB_IP)
* other changes
- new gimp-print driver / ijsgimpprint
- add new pretty command to set text-to-PostScript highlight level
- fix "remote copies" parameter to lpr
- clean up template apsfilterrc
* FreeBSD/port related things:
- could close all problems report
- PR 34153: fixed configure script: a permanent runtime dependency
  to bzip2 is inappropriate on FreeBSD systems that have bzip2 in
  the base system.

the ghostscript ports moved to new naming scheme,   so update configure script
to reflect reality.    

RUN_DEPENDS on melt for freeze package    

update from apsfilter 6.1.0 to 6.1.1   - a duplex printing password fix turned
out incompatibility of     BSD od(1) to other flavours of od(1).   - apsfilter
6.1.1 contains the duplex password fix     + a substitution of od(1) with
hexdump which also seems to be     available on Linux and Solaris.   - no
PORTREVISION dump since we have a new release   - added pkg-message file for
easier handling and addition of     notification to apsfilter *package*     had
to change configure script and Makefile to follow that new     infrastructure.  
- troff notification in dependency to FreeBSD version    

update to new apsfilter version 6.1.0   all from -current has been merged after
a long testing period.   See the ANNOUNCE file for the long list of bugfixes,
security,   feature and code enhancements.    

one gs runtime dependency too much after adding the knobs to choose   between gs
with/without X11. doesn't bump portrevision, because it   doesn't bring any more
benefit for the port.    

merged everything from apsfilter-current   see new handbook !!!   update to
apsfilter 6.1.0 BETA   if everything is right I'll tag and roll apsfilter 6.1.0 
 bumped PORTREVISION    

- bump port revision, you can select ghostscript version without X11 support

LQ-570/870/1070/1170 24-pin Dot-Matrix   - prevent printing of an empty page
when using raw printer, default is off now.   - bugfix: older gs versions (<
v6.x) doesn't support "-_", which allows more      efficient read operation. The
bug prevented apsfilter to work with the     older gs versions.   - bugfix: hpdj
(3rd party gs driver) doesn't like the -sBitsPerPixel option.      So stripp it
off, if using hpdj driver.   - FAQ file cleanups   - better hpdj driver defaults
for HP DJ 970 printers   - some cleanups in code when printing PDF files   - and
other things ....    

Bug in configure script   blanks instead of TABs, make "make" feel unhappy.    

added post installation note, to apply patch for lpr.c,   if you want apsfilters
so called "CLASS support" when suppressing the   printing of banner page.
