Remove print/ghostscript-afpl as it has been replaced by print/ghostscript-gpl
since version 8.57. The leading ghostscript is the -gpl one.

- Add a patch to fix a bug which prevents rendering multibyte
  TrueType fonts from working.

- A file cidfmap now includes entries for Ryumin-Light and
  GothicBBB-Medium.  They points japanese/kochi-ttfonts by default
  (but this port does not depend on it).
