Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Add a mirror site to MASTER_SITES.    

Update the author's e-mail address.

distfile in my MASTER_SITE_LOCAL area.
