Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries
of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic
attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than
one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the
Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr
files in order to preserve them.
There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These
ports will not be touched in this commit.
The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port
Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as
deprecated.

devel/softether-devel: Update to v4.34.9745-beta
Fix security issue:
Fix the security of JSON-API. If the administrator password of the
VirtualHub is empty, JSON-API (which was added in 4.30 Build 9696 Beta)
will not be able to access to the virtual hub with a empty password since
this release. Because there are relatively many cases in which administrator
password is empty for a virtual hub, being able to manage a virtual hub
without a password using JSON-API was a security problem. In this release,
this behavior has been changed so that JSON-API cannot be accessed in the
Virtual Hub management mode until it is configured with non-empty password.

New port: security/softether5: SoftEther VPN 5 (Developer Edition)
SoftEther VPN ("SoftEther" means "Software Ethernet") is an
open-source cross-platform multi-protocol VPN program, created as an
academic project in the University of Tsukuba. Its protocol is very
fast and it can be used in very restricted environments, as it's able
to transfer packets over DNS and ICMP. A NAT-Traversal function is
also available, very useful in case the required ports cannot be
opened on the firewall. The supported third party protocols are
OpenVPN, L2TP/IPSec and SSTP.
This port is a bleeding-edge developer version of SoftEther, not for
production use. If you're looking for a solid and stable version,
use security/softether (RTM version) or security/softether-devel
(stable version) instead. This version is available also on other
other than i386/amd64 processors. Users who want to use SoftEther on
single board computers such as Raspberry Pi, BeagleBoard or other
embedded devices, try this port.

security/softether-devel: update to v4.27-9668-beta
As security/softether and -devel are created and maintained by different
people for a long time, there was a lot of difference between and no
consistency between both ports.
I grab both ports and renew this port based on security/softether. Now
there're least differences such as VERSION, COMMENT, CONFLICTS between
both. To make both ports consistent, I quit fetching from GitHub. Using
upstream site[1] instead. Upstream distributes -rtm and -beta suffixed
tarballs. -rtm corresponds to security/softether, -beta does to
security/softether-devel now.
