Dillo aims to be a multiplatform alternative browser that's small,
stable, developer-friendly, usable, fast, and extensible. This
new, experimental version of Dillo is based upon FLTK toolkit,
rather than GTK1, and has been substantially rewritten.

www/dillo2: allow to build the port against FLTK versions 1.[34].x
While not officially supported, there is an ongoing work-in-progress
and the current state is that "FLTK 1.4 [...] using the Xft backend
produces identical rendering results as FLTK 1.3.11, which is a good
outcome."
I've been running it for a few days and did not observe any graphic
bugs or glitches, so let's lift the version restriction in advance.

www/dillo2: Remove default options that without dependencies
In general, we make features optional when they entail additional, esp.
heavy dependencies. Otherwise it's just an extra cognitive load on the
port's users and maintainer.

www/dillo2: Update to 3.2.0
Update dillo2 to 3.2.0.
3.2.0 adds support for SVG and WEBP image formats. These are enabled
by default by ./configure. Thus we add knobs for SVG and WEB, enabling
them by default as upstream has in ./configure.

Mk/bsd.sites.mk: Add new MACRO TEX
There are two different sites/mirror required for the ports tree. Due to
the packaging of texlive we need the CTAN historic mirror which is
defined in TEX_CTAN and normal mirror which hosts most of the packages.
Unfortunately both were uses interchangeably without checking the
details and in previous there was single sites mirroring both the
historic dists and the noemal packages. As this is no longer the case
update all other ports pointing towards the wrong site.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles
Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.
This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

The master sites for the HYPHENATION option no longer exist:
- Remove the HYPHENATION option from the list of defaults
- Mark the HYPHENATION option broken

Some of the distribution files are not correlated with dillo2 versions. When
these files change, the checksum fails.

Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'w'
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed.
Remove UNIQUENAME and LATEST_LINK.
UNIQUENAME was never unique, it was only used by USE_LDCONFIG and now,
we won't have conflicts there.
Use PKGBASE instead of LATEST_LINK in PKGLATESTFILE, the *only* consumer
is pkg-devel, and it works just fine without LATEST_LINK as pkg-devel
has the correct PKGNAME anyway.
Now that UNIQUENAME is gone, OPTIONSFILE is too. (it's been called
OPTIONS_FILE now.)

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.
