Really remove necessary pkg-install script (missed in previous commit).

While I'm here:
o) utilize %%ETCDIR%%;
o) do not overwrite configuration and service files in ${ETCDIR} if they exist;
o) remove necessary DISTNAME (found by portlint(1));
o) fix build with clang.

Bump PORTREVISION.
